Meet Dr. Joe Rawlins
Dr. Rawlins attended dental school in Dallas, Texas at Baylor College of Dentistry. Following dental school, he worked as an attending professor at Baylor College of Dentistry and is currently in the final stages of completing a PhD in developmental biology. He then completed an additional 2 years of specialty training in pediatric dentistry at The Ohio State University and Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
Dr. Rawlins and his wife, Julie, fell in love with Northern California while visiting his brother who is also a dentist in the Sacramento area. They are excited to be close to family and feel very fortunate to join the team at Smile Gallery. They have three children, Mitchell (5) and twins Chase and Ava (3).
Dr. Rawlins hobbies include running after his children, golf, skiing, and fly fishing.
